i also have an extremely terrible memory, adhd, ocd,
generalized anxiety disorder (panic),
tachycardia, cataplexy due to my tachycardia
and i have dysleskia and dyscalculala,
however it's spelled.i get sleep paralysis,
i will always talk about it
because it helps repress / surpress the sleep disorder,
i can see the spirit world from time to time.
i can perform astral projection due to stress,
it’s why i keep getting tired even when i wake up.i do have exploding head syndrome, which explains why i get loud auditory hallucinations which also leads to sleep paralysis
(i have to keep the tv on at night, unfortunately.)i also get spontaneous ear infections,
i have sensitive ears and hearing.i also have chronic sinusitis, it gives me flare-ups of bronchitis.i do know this shouldn't define me, i just thought people should know because my energy drains unfairly often
